When is my trial over?

Your trial period lasts 14 days from your purchase date. You can see your purchase date in your account or from the email confirmation sent from hello@getbeneath.com. If you do not have an account, you can create an account here.

 

Can I extend my trial?

To extend your trial, please contact hello@getbeneath.com.

 

How does the trial work?

Try the shirt during our 14 day trial period. Subscribe to a plan and get a shirt for under $5. After your two week trial, we'll send you your first pack of fresh Beneath shirts.

 

What happens if I cancel my order on the same day?

Any orders placed and canceled on the same day will not be shipped out. The charge of the trial shirt will be refunded as well. If you wish to purchase just a trial shirt, the cost will be $9.99.

 

Can I order multiple trial shirts?

We only allow 1 trial shirt per customer. Any duplicate orders will be canceled and refunded. If you wish to try another size before subscribing, please email hello@getbeneath.com for an additional trial size.

 

I ordered a trial shirt, but want to try a different size before I fully subscribe. What do I do?

Send us an email at hello@getbeneath.com and we can send you another trial shirt for an additional $5. We'll make sure to get you what you need!

 

What payment methods do you take?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

How does the subscription work?

When you sign up for the recurring Beneath Membership, you will receive semi-annual (every 6 months) shipments with the number of shirts that we recommend based on how often you wear undershirts. Adjusting your plan is easy. Skip a delivery, get a delivery sooner, changes size, and more!

You will be billed for every pack of undershirts that you receive right before they ship. Shipping is always free for members within the Contiguous US, so you'll save on every pack!

 

Will I receive notifications before my trail/subscription is set to end or run?

Yes, you will receive an email confirmation right before your next pack is set to ship.

 

How do I change my size?

To change your size, you will need to create an account. Once you create an account, click on “Manage Subscriptions”. From here, click on “Edit” under the actions header on the right-hand side of your screen. In this screen, you will be able to adjust your size by selecting “Change product variant”.

 

How do I change my shirt cut?

To change your cut, you will need to create an account. Once you create an account, click on “Manage Subscriptions”. From here, click on “Edit” under the actions header on the right-hand side of your screen. In this screen, you will be able to adjust your cut by selecting “Change product variant”.

 

How do I change the number of shirts I receive?

Please contact hello@getbeneath.com to change the quantity of your shirt order.

 

Can I delay a shipment?

To change your shipment date, you will need to create an account. Once you create an account, click on “Manage Subscriptions”. From here, click on “Edit” under the actions header on the right-hand side of your screen. In this screen, you will be able to change your shipment date by selecting “Change next charge date”.

 

How do I get my shirts earlier?

To get your shirts earlier, you will need to create an account. Once you create an account, click on “Manage Subscriptions”. From here, click on “Edit” under the actions header on the right-hand side of your screen. In this screen, you will be able to get your shirts earlier by selecting “Change next charge date”.

 

Can I order more shirts now and leave my normal subscription?

Please contact hello@getbeneath.com to order more shirts now without adjusting your subscription renewal date.

 

Can I create a custom pack?

Please email hello@getbeneath.com to get started on creating a custom pack.

 

How do I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your subscription, you will need to create an account. Once you create an account, click on “Manage Subscriptions”. From here, click on “Edit” under the actions header on the right-hand side of your screen. In this screen, you will be able to cancel your subscription by selecting “Cancel” at the bottom of your screen.

Return/Exchange Related Questions

 

What is your exchange policy?

If you need to exchange your shirts for a different size, let us know! Please email hello@getbeneath.com to begin the exchange process.

Please note, we do not accept trial shirts

 

What is your return policy?

We’re confident that you’ll love our undershirts; however, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please email us at hello@getbeneath.com within 30 days of purchase to start the return process. We will refund you the full amount minus a $5 re-stocking fee.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on the free trial shirt, and we cannot accept returns outside of 30 days after your order. The pack must be unworn and unopened to be eligible for return.

How do I change my payment method?

In this screen, you will be able to change your payment method by selecting “Update card” on the right-hand side of your screen.

 

Do you take international orders?

We do not currently accept orders outside of the Contiguous US.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

We do not offer expedited shipping as we chose the fastest option possible for each order.

 

How long does shipping usually take?

All orders are fulfilled within 24 hours of purchase and shipped out within 48 hours. You will receive an email confirmation from hello@getbeneath.com which will contain your orders tracking information.
